The Ivey Cottage is located in Uncertain, the heart of the beautiful, mystical Caddo Lake. The cottage is right at the waters edge, you can almost cast your line from the front porch.

We offer our guests two bedrooms, one upstairs on one down, both have queen beds. The bathroom is down stairs with a tub shower combo. The living room is very comfortable with a sofa, two recliners and a T.V.

Our kitchen/dinning area comes equipped with all untensils, coffe maker (coffee provided) and microwave.

Boat launching is across the street, but your own private boat slip is right at your front door! There's a deck built over the water with an umbrella and a barbecue pit for our guests. We also have paddle boats for rent at a discount for guests.

Check in time between 3-7pm and check out time by 1pm (earlier or later by prior arrangement). A deposit of 50% is due to secure the reservation and 14 day cancellation notice is required to recieve a refund.
